My stay at Negril Palms was truly a mixed bag. On one hand, the beautiful beach and friendly staff made for a pleasant experience. However, the rooms left much to be desired with basic amenities and cleanliness issues. The dining options weren't great either, as I found the food lacking. Overall, while the beach and staff were highlights, the room conditions pulled my experience down significantly.
